Computer Teacher for Diploma Courses

Education & Training Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and practical training for students enrolled in Diploma and Basic Computer Courses.
  • Teach subjects like Basic Computer Applications, MS Office, Internet Usage, Windows OS, and basic Web Development.
  • Support students during practical sessions and assignments.
  • Maintain attendance records and assist in student assessments.
  • Help ensure smooth functioning of the computer lab and training environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in BCA / Computer Science / IT / Any Computer-related field (Diploma holders with relevant teaching experience may also apply).

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates having 1–5 years teaching experience in computer training institutes or diploma courses.
  • Fresh candidates with strong computer knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, Internet Applications.
  • Basic understanding of Networking and Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Web Designing (HTML/CSS preferred).
  • Good communication and teaching ability.

Preferred (Optional):

  • Any teaching or computer certification will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Training & Onboarding: Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for students opting for admission to training courses of Diploma and other computer Courses.
  • Workflow Optimization: Implement procedures to improve daily operational efficiency.
  • Office Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and functioning office environment, coordinating with students, clients, and other office related things.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Application(BCA), Computer Science(CS), IT, (or Associate’s with strong experience).
  • Experience: 1–5 years in computer courses teaching or technical training or IT support, or office administration.
  • Tech Knowledge: OS management (Windows), basic networking, LMS familiarity, and hardware/software troubleshooting and web development
  • Bonus: Certifications like CTT+, MCT, or MOS.

Core Competencies:

  • Pedagogical Aptitude: Patience and ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Admin Skills: Scheduling, inventory control, budget tracking, and data reporting on training effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring staff and proactively solving operational challenges.

Python Backend Developer

Engineering Entry to Senior

Technical Requirements:

  • Core: Strong proficiency in Python, including object-oriented programming and standard libraries.
  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience building logic with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
  • APIs: Expertise in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs.
